Wine and Love Letters Ritual
This symbolic ritual is usually performed right after the vows.
In a wooden box, a bottle of vintage wine (one that ages well) is stored, and along with it, love letters that the couple have written to each other or their just exchanged vows are placed inside.
At the end, the box is closed and sealed, and it will safeguard the words of love and the wine that, as E. De Amicis said, "adds a smile to friendship and a spark to love," and it is with this wine that on your anniversary, or in five years, or to celebrate an important occasion, you will toast. You will open the precious chest and uncork that bottle, rereading your love letters. Then you will reassemble the box with a new bottle and new letters. In this way, you will renew your vows and your love.
