Looking at this year's photos, I paused at Salvina's gaze, with dreamy eyes and an emotion that will be imprinted on her forever, as she looks at her son who wrote a very special text for her and Giovanni.
I remember when he sent it to me, and I remember how many times he revised it to make it perfect, to make it just the way he wanted it.
It began with a funny anecdote, gradually moving to an emotional and heartfelt ending full of gratitude and love.
This is also one of the tasks of a celebrant: to listen, to advise without invading, because in the end, what will emerge will simply be the authentic feeling of each individual.
